Local Irish Parades

There are three St. Patrick’s Day Parades in the Diocese of Brooklyn. Here is the schedule:


Saturday, March 3 - The Queens County St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Rockaway Beach - Kevin Kelly, Grand Marshal; Gael of the Year, Congressman Joseph Crowley; Honorary Grand Marshal, Edward Ford.

Sunday, March 18, 1 p.m. - The Brooklyn Irish-American Parade in Park Slope, Father Dennis Farrell, former pastor of Holy Name, Park Slope, Grand Marshal.

Sunday, March 25, 1 p.m. - The Bay Ridge St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Tablet Editor Ed Wilkinson, Grand Marshal.
