Parade Grand Marshal Installed

Friends of the late Ned Sweeney, a parishioner of St. Sebastian, Woodside, will hold a fundraiser for his family on March 15, starting at 2 p.m., at The Porter House, 61st St. on Roosevelt Ave.

Bowling for St. Anselm’s

Parishioners sponsored the priests of St. Anselm, Bay Ridge, Msgr. Michael Phillips, pastor, Father Martin Kull and Father Michael Gelfant, who bowled in the Second Annual Bowl-a-Thon fundraiser. Sisters Regina Corde and Anne Bernadette and the school’s teachers also competed. Sister Eileen Mary, principal, was captain of the St. Anselm cheerleading squad.
