Green Eggs and Ham

The kindergarten class at Immaculate Conception School, Jamaica Estates, ate green eggs, as in “Green Eggs and Ham,” for lunch recently as a way to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the classic Dr. Seuss book “The Cat in the Hat,” the first chronicling of that troublesome cat. The school children enjoyed a day filled with events celebrating the well-known
children’s author.
