Ten Marriages, One Ceremony

Father Gabriel Toro celebrated the first group wedding ceremony at St. Athanasius Church, Bensonhurst, on Saturday, April 14.  Ten couples from the Spanish-speaking community, many civilly married, came to receive the Sacrament of Matrimony. Father Toro had coordinated the instruction program leading up to the Sacrament.
