Prayers For Boys In Arms To Mark Holy Name Rally - All Men in Diocese Urged To Participate In This Year’s Service
“Approximately 85,000 men will march in the diocesan-wide Holy Name Society demonstration tomorrow. The rallies will be in Kings, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties. As pointed out in last week’s issue of THE TABLET, the attendance will be about 10,000 less than it would ordinarily be because of the many Catholics in the service of the country.”
