Special Honor for Msgr. Vazquez

Msgr. Perfecto Vazquez, spiritual director of the diocese’s Cursillo Movement, was honored by members of the Order of Vieira from Galicia, Spain, on March 16, while they were here to march with their bagpipes in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Manhattan. This was only the second time the group had a special “chapter” in New York. Usually they are held in Madrid.
