Jackson Heights Parish Benefits from Catholic Appeal

St. Joan of Arc parish, Jackson Heights, received a check from the Annual Catholic Appeal for $50,120. This reflects the first distribution of the amount over the parish’s goal of $101,100 that has been received thus far.  If all of their pledges are paid in full, the parish could receive an additional distribution of $66,000. Shown, from left, are: Thomas Flood, diocesan director of Stewardship and Development; Msgr. Otto Garcia, pastor; and parishioners, Linda Babic, E. Carol Michels, Lucy Esposito, Jack McGee, and Teresita Perez.
