The Diocesan Vicariate Choir, representing 28 parishes; the Celestial Voices; the Youth Choirs of St. Luke, Whitestone, and St. Bernard, Mill Basin, top; and the Diocesan Orchestra, above, under the direction of Charles A. Mallia, joined together in Music in Celebration of the Nativity, “In Dulci Jubilo,” at the Immaculate Conception Center, Douglaston, on Sunday evening, Dec. 16. They combined in works by Mozart and Britten as well as traditional Christmas carols. Soprano Cheryl Manrique, below, sang an inspired “O Holy Night” accompanied by the Vicariate Choir, Celestial Voices and Diocesan Orchestra.
