15% commission to recognized agencies
No cash discounts
No commissions awarded on past due invoices (60 plus days in arrears)
2% discount on pre-payments

| Payment Terms |
- The 15th of the month after the month that the ad
ran
- Credit terms may be changed or terminated by The Tablet at any time
without prior notification to the advertiser or its designated agency.
- Once credit privileges are terminated, all outstanding balances become due
immediately.
- Discounted rates are not transferable.
- This credit
policy supersedes all previous terms and understandings.
- Advertising
agencies have equal responsibility for payment of all ads placed by their
clients through the agency.

| Frequency Discounts |
Frequency discounts are achieved by making a contractual
commitment to a number of insertions in accordance with the rate card frequency
discount charges. Discounts can be achieved without a previous commitment simply
by achieving a discount threshold as noted in the rate schedule. The achieved
discount will only apply to insertions after the frequency discount is achieved
and not grandfathered to previous insertion.

| Approvals and Acceptances |
All advertisements are subject to the options of the
publisher. The advertiser and its agent take full responsibility for all content
of their advertisement. This includes all creative, copy and graphics
(illustrations or photography).

| Cancellations |
Cancellations will not be accepted by publisher after
published closing dates and hours, unless stated.
The Tablet will try to
fulfill all positioning requests, but cannot guarantee any position.

| Rate Increase Notification |
The Tablet will honor all contract rates, with the
exception of increases due to unusual circumstances such as a unscheduled paper
cost increase, etc.

| Liability |
The Tablet, its publisher and legitimate agents will be
held harmless from any and all liabilities, judgements, damages, losses and
expenses to include any and all attorney fees obtained against or imposed upon
or paid by the publisher due to the publication of any advertisement placed by
the advertiser or its agent.
The publisher reserves the right to limit, omit
or refuse any advertising without liability.
The publisher will not be held
liable for failure to publish an advertisement when the circumstances for
non-performance are beyond the publisher’s control.
